1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by customs, postal service delays, or other unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination.

  • You’ll see the full shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.


4. International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide!

  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

  • Customs & Import Fees: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

  • If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at cyntrix@gmail.com.

Note: We’re unable to change addresses once an order has shipped.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cyntrix@gmail.com.

  • We’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if needed.


8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may have shipping limitations due to size, weight, or regulations—details will be listed on the product page.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
