Order Processing & Shipping Details

🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • United States
    Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days.

  • International Orders
    Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your region and the fulfillment center.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs delays, high order volume, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience.


🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of purchase at cyntrix@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER".

  • Entered the wrong address? Let us know within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we can’t change the address once the order has shipped.


🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.


💥 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Email us at cyntrix@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
